For each role, a recruitment firm ran lead gen and outreach by hand. Sourcing candidates from LinkedIn Sales Navigator and reaching the right hiring contacts took hours per role, which capped how many roles one operator could run at once.
The build
An AI-augmented operation workflow: two systems on one pipeline, running real client work for YuaLabs. A lead-gen engine turns Sales Navigator searches into ranked, enriched candidate sheets in under three minutes. A recency-targeted outreach engine finds recruiters who posted SDR roles in the past 24 hours and queues personalised InMail.
Together they cut turnaround by about 80% per role and saved roughly ₹60K a month in human-capital cost.
How it works
Claude turns a job description into two to five LinkedIn Sales Navigator search strategies. PhantomBuster and Apify extract and enrich the matching profiles into a scored sheet, ranked by fit.
On the outreach side, Apify surfaces contacts who posted a relevant role in the last day, Claude drafts a short personalised message, and PhantomBuster sends on a paced, capped schedule to stay within platform limits. AI handles 60 to 70% of the workflow; a person keeps judgment and final approval.
The result
Turnaround dropped about 80% per role at roughly ₹60K a month saved, with a human in the loop for every judgment call. The grind of sourcing and first-touch outreach runs on autopilot; taste and decisions stay with the operator.
